Servicing

All servicing at Manuka Cycleworks is carried out by Sam Farrar, with the precision and skill that only comes from years of experience working on some of the world’s best riders’ bikes, and managing multiple award-winning workshops.

  • 1 Hour

    • Full bicycle check-over and safety inspection

    • Frame and wheel alignment check

    • Basic gear and brake adjustment if required

    • Chain oiled

  • 3 Hours

    Includes all aspects of safety check PLUS:

    • Bike checked for wear

    • Frame, fork, wheels and drivetrain hand washed

    • Gear/brake cables replaced (parts not included in service price)

    • Perfectly adjusted gears

    • Perfectly aligned brakes

    • Wheels trued and free-hub ratchet serviced

  • 5 Hours

    Includes all aspects of interim service PLUS:

    • Drivetrain removed, de-greased, all drivetrain parts serviced individually

    • Brake bleed

    • Headset service

    • Bottom bracket service

    • Hubs serviced

  • All other service work is charged at £48 per hour.

    • Minor Gear adjustment/ cable replacement - from £10

    • Minor brake adjustment - from £10

    • Fork lower leg service - from £45

    • Shock air can service - from £35
